REFUAH LONGEVITY CENTER
Questions, answered.
Everything you want to know before you visit.
Is Refuah a replacement for my doctor?
No. We work alongside your physicians and can share results with them at your request.
Do you take insurance?
Memberships aren't covered by insurance. Some medically indicated tests may be billable, and we'll be clear in advance. HSA/FSA eligibility is not yet confirmed.
Can I cancel?
Monthly tiers can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Annual terms are listed in your agreement. (Draft terms, to be finalized.)
Will these therapies make me younger?
No one can promise that. We measure, personalize and track, and we're honest about what the evidence does and doesn't show.
Are peptides FDA-approved?
Some are FDA-approved drugs; many are not. Your physician will explain the status of anything prescribed. Category 2 substances are not offered.
Is plasma exchange safe?
It has known risks, including low blood pressure, citrate reactions, bleeding, infection and vascular-access issues. For longevity it is investigational and offered only after a candidacy consult and informed consent.
What happens at a Discovery Visit?
A complimentary 20-minute conversation with our concierge team to understand your goals and suggest a starting point. It is not a medical visit.
Do I need a membership to get tested?
No. Testing packages and the Heart Check are available to everyone; members receive member rates.
Can my own doctor receive my results?
Yes, at your request, through secure, HIPAA-compliant channels.
Are your events only for members?
Members attend free per their tier; guests are welcome at many events with a guest pass.
Your next chapter starts with a conversation.
