What is good for the heart is good for the brain

Cognitive baselines, vascular risk and lifestyle protocols for a sharp mind.

What it is

Many causes of cognitive decline share roots with heart disease: blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol, sleep, inactivity and isolation. Our Brain Health Program measures where you stand and builds a plan around the risk factors that research says are modifiable.

Who it’s for

  • Adults with a family history of dementia
  • People noticing mild changes who want a thorough evaluation
  • Anyone who wants a cognitive baseline

What to expect

  1. Validated cognitive screening and a vascular risk review
  2. Labs, a sleep assessment, and optional EEG-based brain mapping
  3. A personalized protocol for exercise, nutrition, sleep, hearing and social connection
  4. Re-testing to track trends

The evidence, in plain language

Large reviews estimate that a significant share of dementia risk is linked to modifiable factors such as hypertension, hearing loss and inactivity. Multidomain lifestyle trials have shown modest cognitive benefits. Brain mapping and neurostimulation tools are promising but not yet established for prevention.

Safety first

  • Concerning findings are referred to neurology
  • No program can guarantee prevention of dementia
