RECOVERY STUDIO

Heat, chill, repeat, together

Infrared sauna and cold plunge, the social ritual of the studio.

What it is

Contrast therapy alternates warmth and cold. Our infrared suites and travertine plunge are designed for friends, couples and teams who want a joyful, restorative hour.

Who it’s for

  • Friends and couples looking for a healthy social ritual
  • Members who enjoy heat for relaxation

What to expect

  1. Hydrate first
  2. Sauna 15 to 20 minutes, then a brief plunge, repeated 2 to 3 times
  3. Rest in the lounge after

The evidence, in plain language

Large observational studies from Finland link frequent sauna use to better cardiovascular outcomes. Observational data cannot prove cause and effect, but the association is interesting to a cardiologist. Cold plunges may lift mood and alertness for some people, and the evidence is still limited.

Safety first

  • Heat and cold both strain the heart, so people with heart disease need clearance first
  • Avoid alcohol beforehand
  • Not during pregnancy without your obstetrician’s approval

Questions we hear

Can I do this with a heart condition?

Possibly, but only with your physician’s approval. That is exactly the kind of question we are built to answer.

What does it cost?
