RECOVERY STUDIO
Two minutes of cold, then the best laugh of your day
Whole-body cryotherapy with a trained guide at your side.
What it is
Our cryotherapy chamber surrounds you with very cold, dry air for up to about three minutes. Members describe it as a bracing reset, and many come out laughing. We use it as an optional recovery ritual alongside sleep, movement and nutrition, never as a substitute for them.

Who it’s for
- Active adults who enjoy a cold ritual after training
- Members who prefer a short, dry cold over a plunge
What to expect
- Blood pressure check and quick health screen
- Socks, gloves and protection for hands and feet, all dry
- Up to 3 minutes with music and a guide talking you through it
- Warm-up tea in the lounge afterwards

The evidence, in plain language
Studies suggest cold exposure may ease muscle soreness for some people, but results vary and long-term health effects are not established. It is a wellness experience, not a treatment.
Safety first
- Not for uncontrolled high blood pressure, recent heart attack, Raynaud’s, cold allergy or pregnancy
- Skin must be completely dry
- You can step out at any second
Questions we hear
Is it safe for my heart?
For most healthy people a brief session is well tolerated, but cold raises blood pressure. That is why our cardiology-led team screens you first.
What does it cost?
