RECOVERY STUDIO
Hyperbaric oxygen, in a calm and quiet chamber
Pressurized oxygen sessions with medical screening first.
What it is
Inside a hyperbaric chamber you breathe concentrated oxygen at higher-than-normal pressure. That raises the oxygen dissolved in your blood. Hospitals use it for specific approved conditions such as decompression sickness and certain non-healing wounds. Wellness use is a different matter, and we treat it that way.

Who it’s for
- Members exploring recovery support after physician review
- People referred by their own doctor for an indication that suits a wellness chamber
- Anyone curious who passes medical screening
What to expect
- Ear and medical screening, including lungs and recent illness
- Comfortable clothing, nothing flammable
- About 60 to 90 minutes inside, with gentle ear-clearing as the pressure rises
- A staff member with you at the window the whole time

The evidence, in plain language
Hyperbaric oxygen has solid evidence for a short list of FDA-cleared medical uses. Research on wellness, cognition and ageing is small and mixed, so we see it as experimental for those goals and say so plainly.
Safety first
- Ear or sinus pressure is the most common issue
- Not suitable with some lung conditions, untreated pneumothorax, or certain medicines
- Claustrophobia is assessed first, and the chamber has wide windows
Questions we hear
Will it make me younger?
We cannot promise that, and nobody else honestly can either. Early studies are interesting but not conclusive.
How many sessions?
Your physician sets a plan, if any, after the screening visit.
What does it cost?
Pricing shared at your Discovery Visit.
