PRECISION TESTING

Your Refuah Baseline: 50+ markers, one clear story

A broad blood panel reviewed by a cardiology-led team.

What it is

The Baseline is where most journeys start: a comprehensive blood panel covering heart, metabolic, kidney, liver, thyroid, inflammation, blood count and key nutrients. ApoB and Lp(a) are included because they matter so much for heart risk.

Who it’s for

  • Anyone starting with Refuah
  • People who want more than a standard annual panel

What to expect

  1. Morning draw, usually after an overnight fast
  2. Results reviewed by a clinician
  3. A plain-language summary with the 3 things to act on first

The evidence, in plain language

Markers such as ApoB, Lp(a), HbA1c and kidney function have strong links to outcomes. Some trendy markers have limited clinical meaning, and we will tell you which ones.

Safety first

  • Abnormal results get prompt follow-up
  • Testing can reveal incidental findings, which we discuss before you test

Questions we hear

Is Lp(a) really once-in-a-lifetime?

It is mostly genetic, so one measurement is usually enough unless your physician advises otherwise.

What does it cost?
