PEPTIDES & HORMONES
Our peptide library, by category and by evidence
Physician-prescribed, pharmacy-sourced, and honest about what is proven.
What it is
Peptides are short chains of amino acids. Some are well studied, FDA-approved medicines. Others are early-stage research compounds. We organize our peptide care by category, and we only prescribe what is legal, pharmacy-sourced and appropriate for you.
Investigational. This therapy is not FDA-approved for longevity or anti-aging, and the evidence is early. We offer it only after a physician consultation, with informed consent, when your physician judges that the possible benefit outweighs the risks.

Who it’s for
- Members who have had a physician consultation and baseline labs
What to expect
- Consultation and labs
- A category-matched plan, often starting with lifestyle
- Instruction on pen or injection use
- Regular review and stopping rules

The evidence, in plain language
Metabolic and weight: GLP-1 and dual-agonist medicines (FDA-approved products) have strong evidence. Growth-hormone axis: secretagogues such as sermorelin have limited longevity data. Sexual health: bremelanotide is FDA-approved for a specific indication in women. Skin and hair: topical copper peptides have modest cosmetic data. Cellular energy: NAD+ and related compounds are being researched. Recovery and immune peptides: several popular compounds, including BPC-157 and TB-500, have been flagged by the FDA as raising safety concerns for compounding. We do not prescribe them.
Safety first
- We exclude peptides on the FDA’s compounding safety-concern lists
- Licensed US pharmacies only
- Not for use in pregnancy or active cancer without specialist input
